Maytag Front Loading Washer Door Locked Light Flashing

I noticed that my maytag maxim front load washer was flashing door lock and error code f6e1 i think along with annoying chimes or buzzing.

The only thing it is doing is the humming trying to start sound and the blinking door locked light. The door may immediately unlock. When the lock light is blinking it typically means that the unit either took to long to fill with water in which case it ll go into flood mode and keep draining for 15 20 minutes and unlock on it s own or there is a glitch in the electronics and just unplugging it for 60 seconds will reset the issue. The door should unlock after 60 seconds.

If not call for service. This washer has sensors that detect the water supply and requires both hoses to have water going to the water valve. This is all it will do. I have a 27 front load maytag neptune washer mah8700a we had a large load and the machine stopped in the middle of operation.
